My name is Nick Vitale. I’m a white, relatively privileged millennial from southern Wisconsin. I have forsaken a life that’s productive to the human race and have focused instead on my own whimsical experiments in literature and satire.

In 2017 I quit my job in food service management and decided to travel across the country in my 2008 Chevrolet Impala. Ghost on the Highway is the record of that journey.
